Getting set up, and site work. The subscription covers the crew. Standing them up on your site is a one-time job, and anything that touches the site itself is quoted against the actual work rather than guessed at from a table.

Before you spend anything
Find out if you have a problem first. We’ll ask the assistants what your customers are asking and send you back what they answered — who got named, who didn’t, and why. Free, no call required, and you keep the report whether or not you hire us.

Do I need a new website first?
Almost never. The crew installs onto the WordPress site you already have, on your existing host, with whatever theme or builder you’re using. If your site genuinely does need replacing we’ll tell you, and point you at someone who does that work well.
What happens if I cancel?
The agents stop and the plugin comes off. Your site is exactly as it was, on your host, under your account. There’s nothing to unwind and nothing of ours holding your business in place.
Can I start with fewer agents?
You start with one. Core is the tier you’re subscribed to, but we switch the agents on one at a time over the first weeks and read every conversation before adding the next. Paying for six on day one and running six on day one are different things.
Why is there no annual discount?
Because an annual contract mostly protects us, and we’d rather earn the month. If the crew isn’t paying for itself you should be able to leave without an argument.
Is the price per agent or per business?
Per business. The tier covers the whole department, however many inquiries come through it. We don’t meter conversations, because a busy month is exactly when you’d want the help.
What if I only want the visibility work?
Then +Marketing is the wrong shape for you and we’ll say so. Site visibility work can be quoted on its own — see Site work above — without a subscription at all.
